iPhone on my car display screen.

Hi all, 

I need some help please. 
 

I plug my iPhone in to the USB bit in the car but it doesn’t display on the screen. 
I’ve paired the phone and my bluetooth is on but it still won’t display on the screen. 
 

What am I doing wrong??
