It doesn't lock, key will turn 45 degrees and that's it. Presume the lock is broken?
Or is there a special technique required?
****, too many questions for a little car.
When side / headlights are on should the heated rear window switch light up? It doesn't. ...
Once again thank you
I used techstream to clamp before removal. Changed clutch, no issues. Put gearbox back on, rebuilt. The clutch literaly had nothing left on it and had completely failed. Before I took it apart, the 'N' would flash. I observed when I first turned the car back on that it was in '5'. I used to techstream to learn new parts. I couldn't complete the learning as ignition couldn't be started due to it not being in neutral (stick was in neutral position though) Upon turning car back on, the section that displays what gear you are in is blank. Any help?

I have recently bought an Aygo Go (61 plate) with a space where the Sat Nav should be. Can anyone tell me what model would fit there and where I should look for a replacement?
Thanks

I was applying sound proofing sheets to the passenger footwell floor and noticed that the original insulation blanket under passenger footwell carpet was wet. I suspect that there is a AC condensation water leak here since the water was very clean, no smell and there was only a small puddle underneath the carpet. The rubber hose that leads from the airconditioner drain pan to the out side of the car must be blocked, but where is it? Could some one please tell me how I can expose this hose so that I can unblock it. My car is a left hand drive Aygo, from year 2008. Toyota yaris has also been plagued with this problem..
Hi there,
I bought an Aygo about 3 months ago but its only recently that i've noticed the a/c is not working. It's my first car so im not familiar with how it works etc. The green light comes on when i press the air con button but nothing else (no sound of a fan or anything). The blowers work fine but i would like the air con to work!
Any help would be appreciated but dont get too technical (im not an engineer).

Hi,
i know there has been many post about horns not functioning but none of the topics helped me sort the issue. If somebody could help me it would be great.
Here's the symptoms of the Aygo 2006 sport horn issue....
1. I have tested the horm itself and functions as should
2. I have tested that pressing the steering wheel the switch grounds the connection to the steering wheel squib
3. No voltage gets to the horn when pressing the steering wheel.
4. 10amp fuse tested OK
From previous topics on the forum i am led to believe its either the steering squib, fuse box or relay at fault.
Does anybody have knowledge of how to test if the signal from the switch on the steering wheel is getting back to the fuse box or horn relay.
and/or a wiring diagram of the horn circuit
i have not found the horn relay, can anybody point out where this is??
Any more info to get the problem diagnosed welcome as the MOT is due next month.
thanks
jeff
Yesterday I ordered the new "86140-YV020" infotainment system from a webshop in poland. This is the unit with Android Auto and Apple Carplay support. I'm going to replace this unit with my current model (86140-0H020). I will inform you guys if it works or not.
I'm going to do this to my Peugeot 108 (2015).

I've got the laptop with a fresh, clean install of Win 7 sorted. I'm now trying to pick my way through the mine field of which hardware/software to go for.
Some USB cables seem to be supplied with 2 types of OBD plugs. What's that about?
it looks as if some versions of the software are easier to install than others. Patches and downloads appear to crop up.
Any pointers, links or guidance would be appreciated.
Hi guys,
Anyone done any type of internal mods?
Ive thought about upgrading the stereo, adding a glovebox, and optic fibre lights running throughout the car but has anyone done any sort of thing?
would appreciate any guidance
Hey guys and gals, my first post 🙂
I recently purchased a new (to me) 2012 Aygo. Unfortunately I have (what seems to be a very common) problem of water getting into the boot. I have sealed the rear light (not looking forward to changing a bulb in the future! what a pants design). After the rain we have had the past days the problem persists, I now believe it's also the high rear brake light. My next job!
The problem is the cloth roof lining has got rather sodden underneath the brake light and looks unsightly (and still damp) what would be the best thing to use to a- dry it out and b- get rid of the water stain? I also have little black dot marks on the roof lining :s
Thanks in advance!
Hello everybody
I haven't been here for a long time - mostly because my Aygo has given me such trouble free service up till now! I'm after some advice now, however.
I'm replacing a worn rear bearing on the driver's side. The drum is off, and I've removed the four bolts on the rear of the plate (that look like they're all that holds the hub in place) as well as the abs sensor. The hub itself is still stuck firmly in place for some reason. Before I set about it with a mallet, I thought I'd be as well to ask on here whether there is anything else holding it in place. It looks as if it should come out without needing to disturb the brake shoes - is that right?
Anyone have any advice to offer?
Where can I gt a replacement antenna for my 2019 Toyota Aygo?
I contacted the garage where I bought my Aygo, less than a year ago, and find that they will order a replacement antenna for me. But, it will cost over 40 pounds and I have to collect it. This seems to be an outrageous example of overpricing.
Hi,
I test drove this car today and all is fine....however, the manual gearbox is not as smooth as I would expect.
It has full Service history, 80% of it being Toyota. It's done 40k miles. They had another Aygo with roughly the same mileage, so I asked to also test drive that to compare the gearbox and that was the same.
Is this typical of Aygos ?
Thanks
